I applied online heard back from them about a week later to set up a phone interview. I had a phone interview with the recruiter, and then a week later I had another phone interview with the hiring manager. The next step after this is the gallop interview and then an in person interview, but I got denied after my phone interview with hiring manager.

1) Phone screen with HR (20 min) 2) Phone screen with hiring manager (30 min), 1 week after 1st phone screen 3) Gallup survey (35 min), 1 week after 2nd phone screen 4) In-person interview (4 hours), 2 weeks after Gallup survey A very lengthy process, but I learned a lot about Stryker and their services. I did not receive an offer but received valuable feedback about why the specific position was not a good fit for me, but that I am Stryker material! I have continued to apply for jobs at Stryker and hope to one day join them!
