Complete lack of integrity and transparency throughout the whole interview process, applied for one job only to be lowered to a more junior role without being told, refused to disclose salary, kept applications open whilst I was 2 stages into the interview process and openly told me about 'curveball' applications they had the day before my interview, 30 mins late to all my interviews, ridiculous working hours and no wfh, absolutely no feedback whatsoever about the extensive interview stages. after the way I was treated, I was actually relieved not to be offered the job.
