The interview process was casual and friendly. Meeting HR and the community were great. After the initial interview I was able to sit/shadow with an experience licensed Loan Officer. He seemed to be a great asset to the Strive Lending team and really went into detail about the day to day life at Strive Lending. His immediate success at Strive Lending inspires me to do better and push forward as a Loan Officer. He took the time to explain detailed mortgage nuances and understanding the true meaning of serving our veterans. Great Experience!!!
