Had an initial phone interview. It was the normal 1st call screening. Said she was talking with the manager of the department that day and I would here back within a few days or the next week at the latest. It's been 5 weeks never heard another word. Even sent a follow up email and never a reply or a thank you we decided on someone else. Just ghosted me. Seemed like a nice place but after that experience of no followup what's so ever really turned me off from Stride Bank.
