Applied via LinkedIn and the interview process went for couple of weeks with multiple rounds through series of meetings with CXOs and Founders. As one could expect with any ambitious startup, very transparent and open conversions on roles and responsibilities and most importantly the drive for going an extra mile.

was I was approached by an internal recruiter - Donna - this was refreshing vs the normal approach by external recruitment consultants. First stage interview was with Oli an dthe next stage was with Tugce and then I was offered.

Entrevista
Heard about the opportunity on Linkedin. Got in touch with the recruiter, who was very responsive/ pleasant throughout the process. Got through to the next stage, which was with the Chief Growth Officer; the original recruiter was also present at the meeting to make the entire process really simple and easy. Finally, met with the Co-founder of the company; who very quickly made a decision and decided to offer me the role. All in all, the experience was really easy, and pleasant throughout.
