Not impressed with the recruitment process. The hiring manager contacted me initially by email for telephonic interview then after telephonic round there was no response for one month . After 1 month they contacted me for a F2F interview. After that no response at all despite following up with the hiring manager (the position was still posted). If they decide a candidate is not a good fit or they need more time to make a decision, the professional thing to do is inform the candidate of this decision. I think they don't have a HR recruiter so the hiring manager is too busy to send a rejection mail.

Pretty standard - computer exam, focused on logic - only technical part was to ask me to write some SQL. There was one essay question, asking me to write about something I was passionate about - I wrote about pasta. Extremely fast turnaround - got a phone call offering me the job on my way home on the train (about 30 minutes after the last interview).
