      Entrevista

3 rounds, the first is a seminar about the company. Second is a video conference (because of coronavirus) of about an hour or hour and a half, third is an in-person interview where I was hired on the spot. However, I quit after the first week on the job and in training. Here's why: it's a sales job they're desperately trying to make not look like sales. You sign away your rights in the employee documents to make minimum wage or overtime compensation. They pay you less than minimum each day for a 9+ hour workday, M-F, plus commission (which I never got to find out how much it was, because there were too many red flags). No scheduled breaks or lunch breaks, business professional dress, 2 or 3 hours in office and 6 in the field each day. When you move up or are promoted, it's only to 20,000/year. Training was outside the workday and required memorization of full pages and studying outside of work that wasn't compensated. I was told when I completed training (a month or so out) I would get a $40 bonus for all that work in my paycheck. That's it. Two weeks into this process, I won't be getting paid at all for the hours I have put in so far since I never completed training. The company is a scam, move along unless you want to put in crazy hours at a chance to make more in the future and you're interested in sales.

Nothing about this is accurate, so many apologies for not taking more time to explain past the first, 2nd and third round interviews, orientation and training. We schedule for 1 hour of daily training in the office, but sometimes meetings do run 5-10 minutes long. We wouldn't let a single person work here if they were making 20,000 a year. As a full time position at 20,000 a year that is still more than minimum wage, but we wouldn't let a single person work here if they were only making 20,000 a year. At the entry level position, calculated for a whole year with no promotions and no increase in skill level it would be just shy of $20,000, but we aren't looking for people who think about staying there for more than 3 weeks. The $40.00 training bonus is for all of the outside work and is paid on the first check after 4 days worked. Why would you be under any impression that you wouldn't get paid? Please call and speak with anyone to clarify that, or with no response we will just put the check in the mail.
