I interviewed with Tim Cain and he was very professional, kind and straightforward with me. I liked his company and it seems like they have lots of potential and room to grow.

I had two interviews, both with Tim, and the second one had a guest who took notes. First interview lasted about 15-20 minutes, and he asked basic interview questions about my experiences/ resume/ etc. Second interview was more about what the company entails (management positions and salary/ commission). I was especially turned off when his phone went off during our interview not only to 1, but to both interviews. What was worse was that he took the call DURING my second interview. I thought this was exceptionally rude - especially coming from a company that does sales which entails having good customer service. Anyways, this job is more of only sales and it seemed a bit pyramid scheme like to me.
