The interviewer called me 8 minutes late with no apology and wasn't very clear in her communication. She was rather rude asking me questions and interrupting me while I was answering.
I asked her what was the salary package on offer and she refused to tell me and said for me to tell her my salary and discuss what I would expect. Thought this was extremely poor practice and unprofessional. I told her my expectations as she liked my previous experience and she laughed at me down the phone and said yes this is a waste of time, which I tried explaining to her to discuss the package. Worst interview I've experienced.

Process took around 1,5 months until the last stage. They said They found someone better for the area and role, however they keep publishing the same roles for months, that makes the company unreliable.
