Interview only accepts ideas that align with their own beliefs, often dismissing others’ contributions without considering alternative perspectives. They are quick to judge and are harsh in their critiques, even going as far as to imply that others' goals are unattainable simply because they themselves can't reach them. In interviews, this person tends to resort to manipulative tactics,attempting to undermine others' confidence by blaming every issue on the sales representative's shortcomings, regardless of the actual situation.

Have interviewed with them twice. First time I interviewed for a lab sales position. Made it to the 3rd round which was a face to face with the sales manager. Nice enough guy. Problem was they completely ghosted me after this interview. Second time I interviewed with them was about 3 weeks ago. Interviewed for an implant position where I have extensive experience. Talked to to the recruiter and again have been completely ghosted. At least have the decency to let your candidate know that you’re not moving forward with them. You’re coming off as an arrogant and rude organization.
