Started with an online assessment-- first round consisted of two 45min interviews back to back. First interview is your general behavioral questions (Why consulting? Why Strategy&?) and then a market sizing question at the end. Second interview you're given a slide packet of 10 or so slides and three questions to answer. You have 10min to prepare before your interviewer begins asking you the questions. The second round is identical to the first but now you're with Directors/Partners-- these honestly tended to be better interviews for me since they did not stick to the script as much and would ask me questions about niche parts of my CV.

2 case studies one was unstructured one was structured. Each lasted about 30 minutes and the final round for any candidates that passed the first two. Structured case study gave 10 minutes to go through around 12 sheets of information.
