After 1 month since the online application, I was invited to the assessment test with a two-week notice. Neither on the company website nor elsewhere the company informs candidates of the existence of this test. On the day of the invitation, the company informed that the test would have been structured in 20 GMAT-like questions (40 minutes), 10 multiple questions about a mini business case (20 minutes) and a short essay (30 minutes).

The test included:
- GMAT-like questions (mainly probability, work problems and sets)
- Mini business case about the financial feasibility and return of the acquisition of a group of 100 companies given their annual revenues, costs and profits, the expected economic synergies of the acquisition, cost of capital and investment targets
- Short essay to assess the knowledge of English language, topic: Which is more important between the ability to work in team and the ability to work individually

Straight forward. 3 rounds of 2 interviews each. I was able to reach the second round and then got rejected without a reason or feedback. Tried reaching out to the hr and the interviewers as well but no one responded.

Classic interview process, first round includes 2 interviews with consultants (fit + case). Interviews can be led in English for the conclusion for instance, or for the whole case. However, the HR department and the follow-up of applications is catastrophic, it took more than 1 month for HR to contact me again. She was unable to tell me what the problem was and why I wasn't going to the next round.
