The company consists of global partners from a previous international consulting firm. As such, the normal "interview" process was more of a negotiation amongst equals. To that end, however, the interest of the parties was similar to an interview for an executive management position. We were interested in the other party's understanding of all key aspects of growing and running a consulting operation that is saturated with considerable competition.
