I applied online and a recruiter reached out for an initial interview. We had about 30 minutes for the initial interview and I felt like it went really well, but got an automatic email that I wasn't being considered further. There were going to be four rounds and when I reached back out to the recruiter to ask for feedback as I felt like I was especially qualified I never heard back.
