My first interview was with HR and the second was with the manager and VP of the department. The interview process was seamless and very organized. I was asked specific questions to test my technical skills and also asked about my personal traits. It was a very enjoyable process. Everyone was extremely open and transparent about the company - I really valued that! Quick responses and feedback, and my references were contacted as well. The whole process only took one week.
