The hiring manager was a very polite person, he did not ask very difficult questions, he also appeared to be very easy to get along (just an impression), the interview atmosphere was quite comfortable, no difficult questions. However, he did say that there was some cash flow problem and staff may not get salary on time. And then the HR personnel followed up with a call to offer the job but actually quoted a lower pay.
