Interview was littered with red flags. 1. Asked for a 30min phone screening - they called more than 5min late, then it only lasted 10min. 2. First round of interviews was scheduled 2hr 15min which went over. 3. Zero follow up after the interview. 4. They are very proud of their new office. When did this become a bragging point? From the moment I got the interview request of over 2hrs I was uninterested in the role but I told myself to give it a chance. When I left the interview I knew I would withdraw if asked for a second interview. Well never heard anything from them so that's that. Overall, generally feel like Sto Trailers doesn't respect their candidates and it shows from first call all the way through their lack of follow up.
