We always appreciate top talent like yourself kicking the tires on whether we'd be a fit for the next stop in your career. I am sorry we weren't a perfect match. You are indeed right about the number of reviews we have on this site and others which provide a thorough insight into the good things we offer as a home to excel as well as some of the not so good things we need to work harder on. The fact that it just didn't feel right to you probably was mutual and that's really ok. Let me explain: If you didn't feel comfortable, perhaps the leaders who chatted with you didn't either and I think you would agree that the outcome we arrived at makes the most sense for everyone. True? As you'll read in our reviews - the good ones and the not so good ones - we simply are not for everyone. We demand quite a bit from our folks as we feel it's our responsibility - if we are indeed a nice match for each other - to help make you a better salesperson or a better speaker, a better developer, a better marketer, a better leader, or perhaps a better finance specialist...whatever the role that you seek. If you felt awkward, perhaps it's because we embolden folks to enhance and advance their current state and that's frankly not natural for some people. After all, true growth demands a temporary surrender of security and comfort. So if all of this is the definition of a cult - I plead guilty. It's asking a lot, I know that. But if you trust and jump in with both feet, the results are simply stunning. I guarantee that if you truly dwell on this for a bit, the next interview and ultimate adventure you seek will seem as comfortable as an old shoe. I'm just sorry we weren't that old shoe for you.
