This was probably one of the worst phone interviews. The interview was a fellow coordinator and very condescending. She asked why I wanted to focus on university recruiting and I mentioned the lack of diversity in the Tech world and she stated that doesn't make sense and alluded to there not being a diversity issue in the tech world. I ended the call knowing for sure I would not want to work for this company.
