I was very impressed by the STORD interview process which involved an initial phone interview with the talent acquisition manager followed by 1:1 interviews with the hiring manager and two other senior managers.

Process was straightforward in terms of steps. One difference was a focus on personality and cultural fit - not just how you fit the job requirements/qualifications. Also got to meet a wide array of team members that you would be working with
