Two interview rounds with a design test in the middle. First round was HR screening, the last interview was with a panel and included a review of the design test with feedback.

My experience with Stinson Design was highly disappointing. The process started with a prescreening call, followed by an assessment that I completed and submitted. Shortly after, I received a generic rejection email stating that they had a large number of applicants and would not be moving forward with me. The response lacked specific feedback or constructive criticism, which would have been valuable for my growth. What was particularly frustrating was that, on the very day I received the rejection email, the same position was reposted online. Now, several months later, the same position is being advertised again. This repeated posting of the job role, combined with the lack of feedback or communication, made the process feel unprofessional and disorganized. Additionally, it was disheartening to see that the hiring manager visited my LinkedIn profile multiple times without ever accepting my connection request. Despite my request for feedback to understand where I fell short, I never received a response or even a standard acknowledgment. This experience has been echoed by colleagues and friends in the industry, suggesting that such practices may be common at Stinson Design. I would advise prospective candidates to be cautious and consider these issues before engaging with Stinson Design.
