First interview was a phone call with a recruiter for the company. Followed by an in-person interview with the area manager. Interview was more of a conversation than being asked hard-hitting questions.

How have/would you deal with a costumer that may be unpleasant and/or difficult to work with?
Easy 3 interview process first with the PM, then another HS, and then their higher ups. All virtual as the position is field based. All were easy and conversational. However, they do lie in the interview process.

Interviews were via teams app. Virtual experience was great. I felt very welcomed and had a very professional interview experience.
Everyone shared great details about the role.
The experience was very educational and Stericycle was represented very well. That made me even more excited about the role.
