My interviewer was inviting upon inception. She allowed me to dialogue with her oppose to her being an interrogator. She honestly listened and encouraged to learn more about my previous employment history. Before I left I knew about the company, the position, salary, benefits and more. She emphasized growth opportunities and shared her story. She was so humble and her dedication spoke for itself.

Fill out application, have phone interview with HR, have in person interview with manager and receive offer letter if right for the position. If you're offered the position you'll have a group interview and then start training.
