First I had a phone interview, then an in-person interview that lasted a few hours. Before anyone is hired you have to complete a 2-week long candidacy program which allows you to test out the company and for the company to test out you. You are paid for this time whether or not you are hired at the end.

Most of the questions are pretty standard. The one that stood out to me that is different is "Are you a nice person?" This question feels like a joke, but they take it very seriously.
