Simple online application with resume and cover letter. Got a phone call asking to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted roughly 30 minutes with a person working at human resources.
It was pretty nice. It started with the shortlisting round with the HR and then next and final round with the Hiring manager. The hiring manager asked technician questions and evaluated my profile.
