First of all, I applied online for a Program Manager role, and prepared my interview accordingly. When I got there and the interviewer asked if I would be ok “showering, cooking, cleaning, etc,” I was very confused and caught off guard. She told me that the position I applied for had been filled and she only interviews for the DSP position. I would have never wasted my time had I known that initially. Anyway, the interviewer was also very unprofessional. She spent a majority of the time talking about herself and her relationship issues, making negative comments about the other employees at the company, sharing personal information about her health and medical issues. Im all for having a friendly conversation, but I met this woman 5 minutes ago and she’s already telling me about her relationship issues with a man she met at work. Overall it was a strange experience, and honestly disappointing because I was looking forward to potentially working in the role I had applied for. Total waste of time.
