Very rigorous interview process. Makes you feel like they are very selective and this is an important, high level role, but really it’s a sales and pyramid scheme/MML scheme. You go through a series of interviews. First phone interview, then in person interview, then a “group interview” which is really a sales pitch, then meet with the VP of sales and then they’ll call you in for another interview if you make it to that point.
