Talk to recruiter, arrange interview time over email. Interview itself was very comfortable. I was able to talk to interviewers with ease and answer their questions properly. Got my offer almost instantly, perhaps 6 hours after.

1. Describe a time when you had to use creativity to solve a problem.
One virtual interview with two engineers. It was for general engineering intern. It was mostly behavioral questions. They put an emphasis on answering questions using the STAR method (Situation, the Task you had to complete, the Action you took, and the Result of your actions).

The interview went very well, and the interviewer was kind and engaging. Unfortunately, they never followed up afterward. Despite reaching out for updates, I received no response or feedback. I would be much nicer if they give me a rejection when I'm rejected.

Applied online and only had virtual interview with two people. Both people were recruiters and not future managers. Asked questions to utilize the star method. Only a behavioral interview, no technical questions were asked.
