2 Interviews total, phone screening with recruiter, than panel interview with 2-3 company employees. Panel interview was about 1 hour to 1.5 hours long. The interview was onsite and with your direct manager and all the panel were members of HR.

Behavioral based questions, one hour interview. Phone screen with external ADP recruiter representing them. Interview process seems a little segmented, especially between ADP and internal team. Recruiters read directly from interview sheets.
