Application process was through LinkedIn and I received an email shortly after requesting an interview with the Creative Director. The interview process consisted of a 30 minute video call with very few and straightforward questions. The interviewer requested mood boards from my design projects to be emailed over after the call and said that next steps would "probably" be some sort of design challenge but did not give an exact timeline for when to expect a response. An email with my mood boards were sent immediately after interview. No response. I followed up a few days later to make sure it had been received. In the response, she noted that the company is working through current needs and will keep me in mind for the future, and to reach back out if I had not heard from them - but still no timeline. I checked back in a week or two later and never got a response.
