First round interview where I was called by the HR director. Asked me about my projects in previous internships, my academic background and asked me to describe projects that fit characteristics that they were looking for (i.e. problem solving, data analysis, calling industry experts...etc.)

OCR -- had a first round consisting of a case interview and a behavioral, both 45 minutes in length. The case was with a consultant an the behavioral was with an HR manager. Both were very friendly, personable, and had extensive experience with the company
