I had applied through an ad on LinkedIn. It was a single round of interview at the intraday trading department. It lasted 1 hour. Overall experience was pleasant. Interviewers were friendly and helpful.

Important aspects were motivation, interest, background and quantitative skills.
Towards the end of the interview were a couple of quant problems which were solvable by logic, reasoning and reading thoroughly through the data.
Very nice people, nice communication with the HR. First interview was scheduled for next week after the email, and the next one in the following week. The final decision took some time due to logistical problems, but they were apologetical about it and super nice overall.
