3 interviews - unorganised with differing people. Seemed to be on the hoof and participants very unprepared - very typical of management having unfortunately got the job there. I made the wrong decision and should have accepted the other offer I Had. Static Control offered me a package that went up in basic after 6 months but when the 6 months was up, denied all knowledge of that being the case. I was upset and demanded I see the CEO and was then told by management that I couldn't and they then falsified a situation to make me leave. I should have taken them to a tribunal but was just soo relieved to leave I wanted the situation done and dusted. Awful awful company.
