      Solicitud

Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 2 días. Acudí a una entrevista en State Street (Kraków) en dic 2015

      Entrevista

I was called by an Indian girl with a very bad spoken english, and even worst listening skills. She was definitely unprofessional overall, and it was immediately obvious that it wasn't her real job. But the worst was her being highly unpolite, being myself countinuosly interrupted during answering to her questions. Due to her lack of communication skills she was countinously attempting to ask me questions but when answering her only preoccupation was to interrupt me, or to ignore my considerations speaking over my voice in some brutal way.. In that 5 minutes I had the impression to speak with somebody completely stressed and aiming at discussing...don't know why. In the end speaking about salary I felt offended hearing the offer was of less than 590 euros/month, being it ridicolously low even compared to a standard local salary. I had a very bad opinion about the company itself, not much due the ridicoulous offer presented as attractive (while locals themselves think that it is not enough neither for surviving) but most for leaving such kind of unprofessional and unpolite people, as this interviewer was, representing the company itself during a delicate process as the first contact between a candidate and the company is. Owful experience, I felt lucky enough for having lost no more than 5 minutes in this process.

      Preguntas de entrevista [1]

      Pregunta 1

Walk through your cv..but just 2 seconds after I started, she stopped me and asked: What is your current salary? :) She must be crazy, I thought! Also I dind't want to answer to this question as too personal, but she (brutally) insisted saying me that she couldn't go on without an answer. So I answered. Then she asked: What is your salary expectation? And I answered: the right one for my profile and for the level of responsibility involved in this position. But she insisted, I need a number. What a nightmare, I thought, so I answered the following: considering than in US this company pays this position $...and she suddenly interrupted me again saying that she didn't know how much the company was paying an american employee and that she was not interested in listening those considerations, and invited me just to tell her a number! Oh my god I thought, what am I doing here?! So I asked her which was the company's offer, as I considered quicker for deciding to countinue or to quit the process. Then I said that I was not interested.
