Applied online, internal recruiters called and asked about my salary expectations for the role, which was 3k out from their top budget. (They didn’t put salary range in job advert). They were unwilling to negotiate, so declined application.
Mostly 1 round interview. Followed by HR round where salary would be discussed. You must know about the role you’re applying to and make sure you prepare well for the interview. The interview is mostly taken by the reporting manager or VP.

I was told there'd be a couple rounds of interviews but in the end there was only one. After that it took a month or so before their HR team based in India contacted me saying I had been shortlisted for the role.
