Very thorough process, met with everyone in one day. It was a long day but I liked that you did not have to come back multiple times to interview. Interviewers spoke to their roles within the department and the culture. The interviewers were from all levels within the compensation group so I was able to get various perspectives regarding the position, work flow and organizational dynamics.
