The interview is done by 2 to 3 different level of managers: Tax Officer, AVP, Tax Manager and some time the VP, Tax Director. I went to the main office where I would work in the future, and waited until a manager went to the entrance and led me to the floor and conference room. The interview was done for 3 different AVP, Tax Managers and I spent one hour in total in the office. The interviewers were friendly and I could feel the good and promising company's environment.
