first there was an aptitude test which was conducted after which results were out and the company had selected few people but it was for the trainee profile and not full time. so after the test there was personal interview in which we were asked general questions
Mostly 1 round interview. Followed by HR round where salary would be discussed. You must know about the role you’re applying to and make sure you prepare well for the interview. The interview is mostly taken by the reporting manager or VP.

I was told there'd be a couple rounds of interviews but in the end there was only one. After that it took a month or so before their HR team based in India contacted me saying I had been shortlisted for the role.
