Applied for claim associate express position on 2/17/16 received a email regarding applicant disclosure form on 2/19/16 returned the form the same day received another email on 2/22/16 regarding State-farm assessments took the assessments on 2/23/16 and received competitive screenings results on 2/24/16 the next day on 2/25/16 I received a phone interview invitation for 2/29/16. The phone interview was very easy the recruiter asked about eight different interview questions based on past experiences and than went into simple standard questions after he told me a little more about the job asked me did I have any questions he did give me a contingent job offer pending on background and drug test. The overall process was very easy and took about two weeks from start to finish the only pain was dealing with hireright who does the background check they ask for a lot of documents if they can't verify employment and etc.

Apply Online > pre-employment assement>virtual interview with self recorded questions > if selected, approximately two weeks later you get an email request for follow up interview> follow up interview goes through any additional questions, role details, and confirms interest, then possible job offer.
