I was scheduled through a third party that they use for their hiring process, but when I went for my interview he wasn’t expecting me. I didn’t really get to talk about myself or my experience, he talked about himself or the agency the whole interview. I don’t think he asked a single question.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
