Expect a bunch of "Tell me about a time" questions. My interview was an hour but my coworkers say that theirs were only 20 minutes? Phone interview and usually let you know if you got the job or not. I was told after my interview.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
