The interview process was through phone calls and following up with e-mails. In total, I had three interviews with different team members. The process was fairly dynamic in comparison to other places. The interviews involved introductory, behavioral, and motivational questions in which they mostly asked about your level of adaptability for the position. Overall, it was a straightforward and efficient recruitment process.
