It was pretty short and to the point. They asked me what my skills were and how my experience will relate to the position. The office manager and assistant manager both interviewed me once together and then I went on to interview with the owner of the agency. They were all extremely nice and made me feel comfortable.
The process was a little bit unorganized and slow but overall great team and process. I would recommend it. Pro tip: bring lots of questions. It's an hour long, but only 30 minutes of them asking you questions.
Interview process was fair, lot of behavioral based questions and some seeing knowledge of the insurance process overall. Felt fairly standard and straightforward throughout the interview process with communication and timeline explained what to expect at each step
