They were so on top of everything. They literally called me and had me scheduled for an interview the next week. They only conducted an over the phone interview. If they like your interview they do a background check. If that passes they schedule you for a drug test. (if you've already reached this process you're hired pending on status of both of those)

The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.

Interview process was seamless and straight to the point. The process took about 2 weeks before an offer was submitted. Start date about 1 month from acceptance. I’m excited to start my new career with State Farm.
