You will get a call from a local state farm and they will ask you to come in and meet for a one on one interview with the business owner. He will go over you resume with you and ask about you. There were not a lot of hard questions, except "sell me this pen." He may ask behavioral questions about a situation you may encounter during the job. Overall pretty easy interview and got a call within one week that I got the job.
