I applied for a couple positions, and received an email requesting that I take an online test. The test was fun--some analytical questions, some data entry stuff--and wasn't a bunch of that "are you a sociopath" stuff. A little while later I got an email saying I "scored competitively" on the test and would be contacted further if selected for an interview. About a month after my initial application, I got an email to schedule an interview for a month in the future--so two months after I applied. The email included helpful stuff like a detailed job description and information about the type of questions they planned to ask. At the interview, there was a short presentation with three other interviewees, giving more details about the position, and then we split off with individual interviewers. The woman I interviewed with was really nice, and did her best to make it a positive experience for both of us. Afterward, I was taken to a room to wait for a while. My guess is that "yes" candidates were taken to the "holding cell" (where we talked to a current employee, who was also super nice; she told us about continuing education and her experience with advancement) and "no" candidates were thanked and sent on their way. Then we were taken to talk to a guy from HR, who told us we were going to receive a provisional job offer. He also gave us a bunch of information about benefits and what to expect from our first few days. The only frustrating part about the process was how long it took--two months from application to interview, then two more months before the job's start date.

The process took about six weeks. First, there was a self recorded video interview to predetermined questions and once completed it would be reviewed. Then a call with the recruiter was the final step.
