Applied online 08/2013 for a Customer Service position. On 10/10/2013 Data Entry and Skills assessment requested. 10/11/2013 received email stating competitive results achieved. 10/22 received email that current Customer Service class had been filled and that I would be considered for next class starting in 2014. In the meantime I continued to monitor the site for new job openings. On 11/08 an opening was posted for Part-Time Claims Associate-ILR, I immediately replied. 11/12 received email requesting availability for phone interview and on 11/13 phone interview was confirmed. Next week I interviewed with Enterprise Recruiter she asked 1. Give me a brief descriptions of education and work history with emphasis on customer service. 2. What do you know about State Farm? 3. Tell a time I dealt with difficult customer? 4. Describe a time when I had to multitask? 5. Describe how you handle a coworker who isn't pulling their own weight? She then described the position and training. She ended the interview by offering me the position contingent on successful background and drug screenings.
