Received an email to set up an interview. Standard questions such as strengths and weaknesses and why you want to work there. A few standard technical questions were asked as well.
The process was a little bit unorganized and slow but overall great team and process. I would recommend it. Pro tip: bring lots of questions. It's an hour long, but only 30 minutes of them asking you questions.
Interview process was fair, lot of behavioral based questions and some seeing knowledge of the insurance process overall. Felt fairly standard and straightforward throughout the interview process with communication and timeline explained what to expect at each step
