Three to five person interview panels. Competency based questions: i.e. Describe a time when you had an exceptionally difficult customer; what was the issue, how did you resolve the problem. You have to answer with a problem and then how you resolved the issue. DO NOT give negative outcomes or that you just chose to avoid the person/problem in the future. It's better to stretch the truth than sound imcompetent.
