Applied for the position on May 17. Received Disclosure on May 31. Received the Assessment on June 7. I was informed that I passed the assessment and received an invite to Interview on June 9. Had Interview on June 13 and was offered the position pending background and drug test. The interview was great. I suggest being confident, researching the company, and studying responses to questions.

The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.

Interview process was seamless and straight to the point. The process took about 2 weeks before an offer was submitted. Start date about 1 month from acceptance. I’m excited to start my new career with State Farm.
